On rent collection which is our core business, we pay our landlords not later than 8th day of every month and where proper tenants’ deposits are held by us we pay our landlords based on the due rent and not on actual rent paid.

Our commission is relatively low and negotiable depending on the type of services being offered. When called upon we can expound more on this matter.

We are relatively secure and have made sure landlord’s funds are secure. For this, we can avail to you the sureties.

We have many references which we can give you to ascertain our business management and professionalism.

We also give the landlord the opportunity to withdraw his/her house within two months in the unlikely event of them not being satisfied with our services.
